When you order from my webshop you agree to accept my terms and conditions written below. Please read my terms and conditions before you order
The conditions for sale do not relate to the conditions applied in a store that sells products by me. Danish law shall apply to any purchase made in the webshop. However, absolute national legislation may apply upon delivery outside of Denmark.
I reserve the right to change the prices, specifications, availability of my artworks and my terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
HOW TO SHOP
After your purchase is complete, you will receive an automatic e-mail order confirmation.
I reserve the right not to deliver in the case that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should I be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, I will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
PAYMENT
All prices are shown in DKK. The prices on the website are inclusive tax. Shipping cost will be added at checkout.
I accept the following creditcards: Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Apple pay and Mobile Pay.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
I ship from my workshop within 5 days, and a standard shipping takes 2-5 working days, depending on your location. If you wish to shop from a country that is not on the list or have any questions, please contact me at maria@kerrn-jespersen.dk
SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
I currently ship to a selected list of countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please feel free to contact me at maria@kerrn-jespersen.dk I will do my best to assist you and explore possible shipping options.
RETURNS
You have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you initially received your purchase.
You must write me an email within 14 days of receipt if you wish to withdraw your purchase:

Please note that you cannot regret your purchase by denying receipt of the artwork.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to me and the relevant shipping cost (sending and return) will be invoiced to the customer.
The item should be returned unused and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.
Postage as well as any other expenses in relation to the return must be paid by the costumer.
When returning an item, you must pay the total cost of returning the item. Upon returning you are fully responsible for the item being wrapped securely to avoid damage while they are in transit.
The full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to me on the return address. I do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned therefore I recommend you keep a receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
As soon as I have received and accepted the return, items will be credited to the credit card used. The shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
CLAIMS
Please contact me if your purchased item has a defect or is an incorrect item.
You should inspect the artwork you have received to ensure the delivery corresponds to the order, and that it is undamaged.
If there are any issues with the order at the time of receiving, you should inform me without any delay, so I can correct the order. I ask you as detailed as possible to describe the problem. You are welcome to send photos.
If your complaint is legitimate, I will refund your purchase and reasonable freight costs. If the claim is not valid you will pay the delivery costs yourself as well as the cost of re-delivery to you.

Remember that the goods always must be sent in secure packaging and to get a receipt of mailing. Save this receipt including information on freight cost as well as any track and trace number.

DISCLAIMER
I cannot guarantee that all the artworks at the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In case the artwork you have purchased is out of stock I will contact you by phone or e-mail. I cannot warrant that the content of webshop is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors.
I cannot be held responsible for delays or missed deliveries in case of force majeure, that being bigger incidents like natural disasters, war etc.

Any reproduction of the artworks is considered a violation of my rights.
